We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
We strive to provide you with a flawless shopping experience. We accept all major credit cards - please be sure to see a confirmation email for your order to verify it has been processed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s posted out to you, arriving within 2 working days. Please mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause slight delays. Contact us for more information.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note.
Returns can be made directly to Ciclo's store, including purchases made online. Alternatively you can return your goods by post. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories). Please contact us on email - firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give you our return address details. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note. Refunds will be made for faulty or incorrect items returned within 14 working days, including any delivery charges incurred by the buyer (excluding ‘Special Delivery’) in the return of the item. If the products you ordered are delivered in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason we will refund the full value of the goods excluding any carriage charge upon receipt of your goods.
